About NBA

     North Boulevard Apartments is located in the heart of Southampton. We offer premiere neighborhood living in Houston, Texas. We are a small complex of 23 units: 17 2-bedrooms, 6 1-bedrooms and 1 studio apartment.
     We have been family owned and operated for more than 40 years, and strive to maintain a clean, well managed and peaceful complex. Our team of six trusted employees, who have worked for us since the 1970's helps us to ensure your apartment is well maintained and kept up.
     Our complex was built in 1938, and as such we maintain the original architectural features of each building, while molding to the changing times with renovations and updates to each unit. Each building features the original hardwood floors and crown molding and updated kitchens and bathrooms. Some units have washer/dryers within, stainless steel, and granite. Two of our buildings have undergone installation of all new High efficiency, Low E windows. All of our buildings have new plumbing lines and roofs.
     Each of our apartments is unique in its own way. Our fantastic group of both long term and shorter term tenants act together as a community. Once a year we have a complex yard sale, in which anyone is welcome to participate. Close to the holidays the complex will host an annual BYOB party for all tenants in the courtyard.
     Not only are we located in a prime location with close access to all the excellent attractions that Houston has to offer, but here at North Boulevard Apartments, you will call your apartment "home", and really feel that way.

2026 North Blvd.

2026 North Boulevard is a six-plex building consisting of 4 2-bedrooms and 2 1-bedrooms. Each unit is unique in its own way. One of 2026's 2-bedroom units has undergone an extensive renovation in which we gutted every room, and replaced sheetrock, added built-ins, added a washer/dryer within a spacious closet, updated the kitchen with hard surface countertops and stainless steel appliances, and retiled the bathroom. The building has undergone capital renovations such as:

New plumbing, new windows, new roof.

2-bedrooms are about 1200 sf, and 1-bedrooms are about 800 sf.

2-bedrooms are about 1200 sf, and 1-bedrooms are about 800 sf.

2038 North Boulevard is a four-plex building consisting of 4 2-bedrooms. The two bedrooms in this building are considerably larger than those in 2026 & 2030. Each unit has both a front and back entry.

Each unit has undergone a basic renovation to update kitchens and bathrooms. This building's apartments include a faux fireplace feature in the living room, and ample closet space considering the age of the building.

2038 1/2 North Boulevard is NBA's Garage Apartment building. This building consists of 2 1-bedrooms and 1 studio apartment. Apt A and C have undergone renovations to upgrade countertops to a beautiful granite, newer appliances, and repaired roof.

While these units do not use central air and heat, their selling point is their low bills, due to the high efficiency of the window unit, and because they do not utilize gas for any appliances.
